Kristin Goodwin is a strategic C-Level executive, board advisor, and retired Brigadier General who combines extensive military leadership with executive expertise to guide organizations through complex technological transformations.
As the former Chief of Staff for Space Operations Command in the US Space Force, Kristin provided governance and oversight for 4,100 personnel supporting 38,000 space and cyber professionals across 134 global locations. Her military career included historic achievements, including serving as the first female Bomb Wing Commander in USAF history.

Kristin holds an MA in Business and Organizational Management from George Washington University and a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the USAF Academy. Kristin’s leadership philosophy was shaped in the cockpit of the B-2 Stealth Bomber and the corridors of the Pentagon. She brings the same determination to her personal achievements as an Ironman finisher, marathon runner, and scuba diver, while balancing her role as a wife and mother to two daughters.
